The agreement between us
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms govern your access to dhunlo’s website and services. By creating an account, signing in with Google, or otherwise using dhunlo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. About dhunlo
dhunlo is a technology platform that helps patients discover healthcare providers, request or manage appointments, view queue information, and access related communication features. Doctors and clinics may use dhunlo to manage availability, appointments, queues, and patient interactions. dhunlo does not itself provide healthcare services and is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, or emergency service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use dhunlo for a child or another person, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates your identity and may share basic account information such as your name, email address, and profile image with dhunlo. We use this information to create, secure, and operate your account as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies.
4. Appointments and provider information
Healthcare providers are responsible for their profiles, availability, professional services, and clinical decisions. Appointment times and queue estimates may change because of emergencies, delays, provider availability, or other operational circumstances. A booking request is not guaranteed until confirmed. You are responsible for checking appointment details and following the provider’s cancellation, rescheduling, and attendance requirements.
5. Medical and emergency disclaimer
Content and platform features are provided for coordination and general information only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use dhunlo for a medical emergency. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service or go to the nearest emergency facility.
6. Fees, payments, and refunds
Some services may involve fees shown before purchase or booking. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their terms. Unless dhunlo expressly states otherwise, healthcare consultation charges, cancellation rules, refunds, taxes, and billing disputes are determined by the applicable provider or plan terms. You authorize the collection of charges you approve.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse dhunlo. In particular, you must not:
- impersonate another person or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- access another user’s account, health information, or restricted systems without authorization;
- upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content;
- scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security controls of the service; or
- use dhunlo in a way that violates law, professional obligations, or the rights and safety of others.
8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information. You agree that we may send service communications needed to operate your account or appointments. Where required, we will ask separately for consent to optional or promotional communications.
9. Third-party services
dhunlo may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, hosting, notifications, payments, maps, or communications. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.
10. Intellectual property
dhunlo and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using dhunlo at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, address non-payment, or enforce these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Availability and warranties
We work to keep dhunlo reliable and accurate, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, dhunlo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, dhunlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, provider conduct, medical outcomes, inaccurate user or provider information, or third-party services. Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern. Courts having lawful jurisdiction over the service operator will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute processes that apply to you.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
